Pathetic service. I have been calling, and no answer. Eventually when someone answered, the lady told me that she will call me back to book and appointment. It has been over 2 weeks and still no call back. In fact I have called them religiously and still haven't been able to book an appointment. For some reason, they just don't care. It is truly a shame. I wouldn't recommend Pro Bono to anyone.

I went there last year the 14th of August 2019,I met an attorney who was very nice but unfortunately I haven't heard from them until now,it's may 2020, I'm really disappointed because even when you call they transfer you to another number and it just rings and no answer, atleast they should let us know if we are going to get assistance or not....
