I don't often write reviews. Maybe I'm spoiled into that I assume a business should offer great service to a customer as default. Yet even by my high standards I was really surprised by the personalised service (they gave me great unsolicited advice that saved me a lot of money), amazing turnaround times and - very important in a competitive market - the best prices for the camera. Keep up the amazing work. I will be back for more for sure!

Quite simply this company does not make it easy to buy products from them. Why somebody has to run downstairs to check stock and call you back later when you call looking for an item is odd.

Total time wasting exercise with this company. - requested quotes from Sam. - quotes had limited information - for example, "vocal mic" or "camera jib" no model number, just generic statements. - Requested new quotes and many corrections made to many quotes - more time wasted. - Made formal order on 20th October 2020 with agreed delivery date of 30 Nov 2020 - Several requests sent regarding this order and still no delivery. - Now months later, ProSales says they need to increase the price and also there will be delays! Regret dealing with this company. Could have had my stock from countless other local suppliers. In Summary: order made on 20 October 2020, now 14 January they say i must pay more and wait longer. - I cancelled the order and don't recommend this company.

I had my doubts about ProSales when I looked at all the negative comments on Hello Peter, but your excellent customer service & deadline promises were really professional. I phoned Sam so many times about all my questions, and not even once treated me as an irritating customer at all. Thanks for all your help! Don't let negative comments keep you from buying at ProSales! They've got it all! I received my package is excellent condition. BEST SERVICE EVER!

If I could give zero starts I would. I spent roughly R22 000 with prosales. I made payment on 22 October 2020 and it is now 14 January 2021 and I still have not received the last item of my order. I have ordered multiple of the same items from different companies like Gearworx, African Broadcast, OutdoorPhoto, Orms & KPG - All who were able, despite Covid to deliver within 3 weeks - KPG even sent me a demo unit to apologise for the delay of my order... ProSales on the other hand was completely unprofessional in this regard. I had to follow up multiple times without response. I will never use them again and I would recommend you don't either.
