Made a reservation for vaccines to travel to Bali - the receptionist was informed of my destination. On arrival the receptionist told me I don't need vaccines for Bali, but really it was because they didn't have any stock of the recommended vaccines (esp Typhoid). They could have told me on the phone and I wouldn't have wasted my time.

The doctors are great but Reception staff at the Travel Clinic, with their bad attitude and rude, unprofessional behaviour, leave a LOT to be desired! If you're looking for a pleasant, stress-free patient experience, this is definitely NOT the place to go.
