Please be very aware of this supplier. They will contact you almost everyday to persuade you to give them a try, once you do you are doomed...Poor workmanship, empty promises, no feedback. Had pallet jacks serviced and within 2 days had to return the units, 2.5 months later they still have not returned the units. Quick to invoice but not so quick to do the job right or return your money. Their poor rating is well deserved Will update as I have been promised delivery by 2020/11/05 2020/11/10 - Received units back as promised on 2020/11/05

Wow, they are close to useless. Avoid them at all costs. The attitude of the receptionist is beyond disgusting. Take your money upfront and fail to deliver you operational jacks. USELESS... They don't even deserve 1 star!
This is the worst company... sent my pallet jack in for a service and to replace a wheel.. 5months later and still have not received any feed back every time I phone there is always excuses or "it's on the way"!!
They have lost my pallet jack too, terrible service and their manager doesn't have a clue whats going on this is theft. total incompetence.
This is the worst company ever!! Always have stories when it comes to returning the pallet jacks they uplift for service! Been waiting since last year for our pallet jack to be returned and every time you call them it's a new excuse. Run away don't use them you'll regret it!
Avoid this place and the people. They collect your equipment and then hold the items to ransome asking ridiculously expensive repair costs. When asked to return the items the excuses they give are endless. I collected my jack in pieces - it was working when I gave it to them!
