How to rip of the driving public without really trying. Easy money . Considering how the amount of money the powers that be waste . I have a Question . Did we not pay for the use of roads with Tax in 70s and 80s now we are retired and still we pay ? If one travels you spend a small fortune on Toll gates all over i spent just on a thousand rand paying Tolls very heavy when on holiday. I still dont like them.
