We have lived in the area for about 5 years but have never bought food at Simply Asia HoneyCrest before for some reason so my partner, 4 year old son & I decided to stop by for takeaways on a friday night at around 7 PM. We ordered our meals and after about 25 minutes our food arrived we payed and drove home. 10 minutes later we got home & started eating & wow the food was amazing, fresh & tasty and i cannot believe that after 6 years of staying in the area its only now we decided to visit, we will definitely be regulars from now on, thank you Simply Asia.

My first time here. I was there for an early supper so there weren't a lot of people yet. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile and shown to my table of choice. Decided on sushi as a starter. Had sushi and tampura prawns..... Absolutely amazing. I then decided on the crispy honey duck. Wow!!! So divine. I really enjoyed the food, thank you Simply Asia. I love that I can also order take aways here. Their staff are all so friendly and to me that does enhance the whole experience. I will definitely be back. When I left there was already quite a lot of people chatting away.

I ate here with a colleague while on a trip to Johannesburg. The waiter was pleasant and helpful, and the food came quickly! When it arrived it was tasty and filling, and just what I needed at the time! This is well worth a visit if you enjoy Thai food.

Complete package. Great starter. Fresh, tasty, worth having another so that you can have a starter as mains. Main course was a great meal. Spicy, amazing flavours. The service is friendly efficient even though the restaurant was pumping and people waiting to be seated. Our waitress was polite and eager to help. She was sensitive to my partners needs, and happy to offer a mild selection with extra chilies on the side so that we can spice it up for ourselves. Great evening. Thanks guys

Hi Simply Asia. I normally don’t do reviews but I feel that I need to today. I placed an order around 11:40am today for 4 potions of sushi, really excited as it was Fathers Day and my hubby loves sushi. I got there around 12:15 as the gentleman taking my order said I can collect this time. Got there and none of the card machines were working, wasted 20min trying to get the machine to work. I then had to go and draw cash to pay cash. We then got home and to my disappointment, the size of the sushi pieces were so small, 3cm x 3cm. My biggest disappointment was the Tempura prawn surprise, it was a small piece of rolled sushi underneath a huge flat piece of tempura prawn on top, my understanding is it should be one whole piece. My experience was terribly disappointing for the R250 I had to pay for the order, it was worth R100 for the size and amount given. I’m sorry Simply Asia, but you need to up your standards with your sushi...
