Staff are not very friendly and professional in terms of executing services as well as dealing with a customer. I've often left unhappy and nothing seems to improve. The branches at Cedar square and William Nicol are 100 times better!

The lady who did my nails Ru was so amazing. So neat. Friendly too. My nails are still looking as good as new after one week.

The front desk was friendly and helpful but the pedicure experience was not. All 3 women doing the pedicures (my mom, sister and myself) were miserable. The nail colour swatches were broken and after taking time to choose our colours we were told the colours weren’t available only colours with the black dots were available. There was not a big range of colours with the black dots. Doesn’t make me want to go back. When I go out to do something like this it’s not often, but when it does happen I’d like it to be a pleasant experience.
