Took my car for service, still having engine light, some items were not returned to their original place.
Really amazing customer service, always willing to go the extra mile and pay attention to detail. A car service centre that actually listens to their customers. I can't imagine getting my car serviced anywhere else now.
Bed service ever my car is there for a month no updates nothing. As soon as I got my car back they will never see me again thanks for their poor service

Their service and workmanship is pathetic. I took my car in for a normal check-up, and it was returned with parts damaged, that I now need to replace, with no proper feedback, and empty promises. My car is currently sitting in their workshop, to try to fix a problem that wasn't there in the first place, and at my expense!
Great service. I've dealt with Owen twice so far and what an awesome experience. I've now decided to no longer take my car to VW but rather have it serviced by Owen and the team. They give honest feedback and my last service didn't even have to go home, I just sat with Owen and the team whilst sipping a coffee and the car was well taken care off, no issues since the last service and looking forward to the next one. Thanks
