Lancet robertsham,absolutely useless!!!! I went there needing a full blood count and full cholesterol test,the guy tells me to be more specific....I even gave him the prices of the test so that he would know which 1s to do,he says I should come back when I know what test to do. I took a drive to lancet in mondeor and they instantly helped and knew exactly what to do!! I went to robertsham for convenience but will never go back there, rather go to mondeor

Been to this Lancet 3 times. Twice I went and had a pleasant experience, quick, painless and efficient. The next time I went the person attending to me was untrained and did not know what she was doing. She was an old lady out of touch with technology, it took me 30 minutes and her calling head office to figure out how to use the credit card machine, infact she just gave me the machine and told me that I would know better than her how to use the machine. It is unacceptable to have someone untrained at a facility like this especially in a time when medical effeicency is a matter of life and death. Please ensure that you train your staff.
