Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered on Mr Delivery and after an hour of waiting they food arrived with the order incomplete. Call the store and spoke to the manager Lebo who said they will send the missing items. Waited more than an hour and nothing came. To top it all of they stopped taking my calls. I live pretty close to the store too. This is an unethical way of conducting business.

Great service, lekker food with big portions, not a lot of seating but they do have a parda section which is awesome... Definitely recommend :)

No social distancing for sit in patrons. Table for 10 was set up right next to me, one off the patrons was constantly coughing, left immediately after witnessing this

Rather order elsewhere They forgot to pack the chips Also I phoned and told them in clear words that the burgers were to be hot and everything else mild my kid couldn't eat because the strips were hot and there weren't any chips The chicken in the burger was so stiff, eventually I took it out and ate the roll plain Nachos were soggy too Close to R400 was spent and everyone was hungry They did offer to give me free chips on my next order but really that isnt any consolation, Idoubt I will be ordering again

Ordered a quarter chicken and chips. 1. Chicken was dry with no taste at all. It was oily at the bottom aswell. 2. The chips also was dry and lacked spice, felt like the chips was refried a few times. The portion of chips was also small and not your usual that I'm used to.. Sad to have had this experience today, I'm still hungry as I couldn't finish the rest of the meal. Unsatisfactory!
