What is an emergency service ... We have been at out patients for over 2 Hours and not seen the Dr yet.... Other patients seem to be helped quicker than others ... Apparently children take priority over adults... My husband cut his hand open, needs stitches but we wait... Overheard another lady saying none gives feed back ... What takes so long as they not busy... No communication as to the delay??

General a good experience Everytime I had to visit or was admitted myself. Found that lately staff and nurses are so casual and patient with emergencies on two occasions with my family. Although it's a very neat and well kept hospital staff should actually act like they care? Visiting the pharmacy is a breeze as always but prices are relatively high compared to other pharmacies and food in the hospital.

The hospital is clean and beautiful, but the staff make so much noice all the time, it’s suppose to be a hospital not a play ground all the time , please see to the problem

Being here all day. Not a single drink provided. Lunch was disgusting. Mince made from kidneys. Dinner is a watery soup and jelly. Have you ever!!!

My husband i were admitted to Mulbarton hospital with Covid-19. My husband was admitted 5 days before me. We are very impressed with the hospital staff, the awesome care they gave us, always available and at our call, kind patient friendly dedicated professionals right to the cleaning and catering, they are exceptional. We were made to feel very comfortable and at peace, all praise to God. My husband spent his birthday in ICU and the staff made him feel very special. We salute you all and pray that God continues to cover and protect you all as you soldier on in your awesome call of duty. GOD is good Claude and Somaya Watson

The only reason I didn't rate a 0 is coz of the nurses. The admin side is pathetic. They send wrong info to the medical aid scheme which in turn means that authorization is not given. They have the audacity to phone me and tell me that I'm fully responsible for the fees. They messed up and I have to just accept it. I have had to contact my medical aid several times to try and resolve the issue. So what bloody jobs are they doing.

Some staffs are nice but majority are horrible, i got shouted at for crying in agony, the worst part is in the emergency department: the staffs are unfriendly they gossiped behind my back, very unprofessional, who hires them??? I messaged my complaints to the manager and i had not received any feedback for months. I really want to know who is the brightspark that charges me R9600.00?!! I am so angry right now
