Very poor level of service . opened a case an Langlaarte of fraudulent registration of vehicle in my name and case was was investigated promptly however when I took the files to VIS unit at Aeroton for finalization of documentation (16/01/2020) so that the vehicle can be marked , they has been no progress despite numerous calls. I have been asked to call back more than 8 times and each time I am given a reason for calling back.Some of the reasons include , Eskom load shading, or he kis personally going to Pretoria or I am in the bank or the phone is cut off whilst i am still talking to him. The officer is very rude. This is the worst service I have received from SAPS

Service is perfect but on the blue files we struggle with statement of the establishment of the vehicle. Cause they establish but don't give statement then you don't get help.
