Bought a double pot zinc. Product dropped was in my open garage during the day and no one signed for it. Found a box lying around at night and when I opened it was a single pot. Called Sunrose and was told to courier it back at my own cost and I REFUSED. Requested a refund and they refused. Forced to take this matter to my lawyers. Pathetic, arrogant high level of incompetency service. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.

My aircon was installed in January 2021. Since installation it was leaking gas. We've reported it twice already, in a frame of less than 2 months. Unfortunately, I am unable to get any response or commitment from this company to fix the problem. They don't answer my calls or attempt to attend to the issue, even though the unit is still under warranty. Poor customer service is not good for any company, neither paying for something you can't use. I find this behavior very unprofessional.

AWFUL PLACE. No customer service and when you do ask questions, the staff give you attitude as if they are doing you a favour in assisting you. Once you purchase an item, and discover it to be faulty - which seems to be a very common happening based on other reviews - they ignore you and claim ignorance. I have heard of a case happening in Cape Town which involves them being brought to High Court in the new year for fraudulent behaviour. Everyone should join to shut them down. Do not buy from these scammers!!

we ordered products to the value of R40 000-00 for delivery, only to be told we need to pay an additional 25% after purchasing because prices vary after sales, why even have a price on the website?? we then asked for a refund and they charged us 25% of the order. This is ludicrous. Absolutely do not shop here!!
