Easy to find. Ample parking space next to building. Please note that this SASSA branch only temporarily open weekdays 0730 to 1600 for pre-booked referrals due to backlog. Service extremely slow. Hurry up and wait is the work ethic here. Only about 20 people allowed inside building with Covid-19 distancing. The rest of the people have to sit outside in the open on chairs awaiting their turn. Bring your own toilet paper and wet wipes if you need to use toilets. Flip up seats of toilets removed. Ladies have to sit on the bowl. The second toilet has to be flushed by sticking your hand in the top of the cistern and pulling the flush mechanism up. Only one roll toilet paper mounted outside toilet door. No hand wash soap in dispenser. Blow drier behind door at wash basins. Only one washbasin can be used. The faucet on the other is broken. Both urinals for men blocked and covered with duck tape and plastic sheets to prevent use. Nobody can tell me when all of this will be repaired. Not advisable to make use of the service unless you have to. Come prepared.
