Under new management. Old reviews could be considered unreliable. Great customer service. If you would like to visit. Ask for Shaun, Petrus, Loraine or Duran. Only negative side is the waiting period ( it is a big place completely understandable )
Fair stuff, if they busy they reffer you to some other workshop, they don't want job to be pile up in their workshop. I was very impressed.
One of the best places to go for second hand parts, with regards to anything and i mean just anything that a motorbike requires!! They have it all and there is so much stock to view! Parking too is right across the road from the shop and there's plenty of parking spaces available. Your vehicle too is secure. Prices are the best and theres awesome savings for customers' pockets. Thoroughly recommend their customer service and the guys there are totally on the ball, always willing to go out of their way in finding that part you specifically need. Petrus one of their Salesman, deserves recognition and is definitely one of their best!! He went right out of his way in looking up a part for me, regardless the fact that he was so busy and when I still wasn't sure it was the right thing teleohonically, he even sent me a video he took showing the part for sale and it's function!! Who can say that they even have had such awesome service like that elsewhere? Thank you Petrus....you did your shop's name proud!! To conclude, I would thoroughly recommend bike hospital to anyone for bike spares and can guarantee you won't be disappointed! Keep up the awesome service Bike Hospital....Yes, you totally rock!
Very cheap parts
The lady with the tattoos is rude and treats black people differently. So they choose who they give their services to. I was even rushed to leave while I was waiting for them to assist me with something else but they prioritized other white people and spoke to them like human beings but was very rude towards blacks. They have a black person who works there but either than assisting his bosses, his other task is to be the one to have patience for black customers.
Very slow service from petrus and comunication is really bad. Need to wait atleast 48 hours before getting a answer and they will never phone you back.
Not good. I phoned and asked for price and availability. Petrus said I must send him photos on whatsapp. I did immediately. He never responded despite being online on whatsapp a number of times. I phone 3 more times only to have the phone picked up and put down on me without answering. The 4th phone call substantially later a very rude individual answered. I asked for and waited more than 3 minutes for Petrus. Eventually he came on the line and no apologies just told me he will check immediately and come back to me. That never happened. After they had closed for the weekend I sent Petrus a whatsapp outlining all of the above and telling him there are places in Pretoria that would help me and are closer to me but I have been a loyal client for some time now. Surprisingly he actually answered! All he said was he would get back to me on Monday. Its now Wednesday and still he has failed to get back to me. I will no longer be treated in this shabby manner and will in future support the other places mentioned in Pretoria. Bike Hospital will never see me again and I will be telling the 23 motorcycle clubs I'm associated with about the poor treatment I received from The Bike Hospital and Petrus.
