This is my 2nd time using their services on my cars. Firstly it was a complete tint radio installation in 2015. Today I’m just doing a tint on my wife’s car, amazing that 3yrs later their prices are still so reasonable & the professionalism is out of this world. I’ve refereed my friends here & they’ve never had any complaints.

So I visited this place for installing a dash cam. The NEW OWNER who took over RECENTLY is extremely charismatic and eager to go out of his way to make sure I felt like a valued customer. He offered to drop me off to Killerney Mall and pick me . However, it was only going to take an hour, I opted to be dropped off in Fordsburg (a place a rarely visit because of its distance from Sandton) .. I love market places. I had a bite to eat and within no time he called to say installation is complete. He picked me up. And took me back to the shop. His staff is competent and did the installation 100% correctly. I'm wondering why the bad reviews because I would rate my experience 10/10. Perhaps they visited the old poorly run previous business but its NOW under new management. Or maybe they are just rival businesses. Thank you The Car Radio team for going above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. The fact that he dropped me off and didn't expect me to uber was something you rarely get in Johannesburg.
