We often visit the magic company, sometimes at Gold Reef, sometimes at Carnival City...sometimes at malls. It was with great dismay that we found the one in Carnival City in this state on Sunday, 15th of May 2016. After we had purchased R200 worth of tokens, I enquired from the staff whether there where plastic cups for the kids to put the coins in to. I was very rudely told by a lady named Thokozile Zwane that there werent any and that I should use my pockets. I then asked her if there was a manager on duty to look at all the broken machines which we then started to notice. Thokozile said no.I then asked if should could refund me. Thokozile said no. When I started taking pictures, another staff member came around and pointed out that there was in deed a manager on duty and guess what, it was THOKOZILE who was so blatantly rude to us I will go out of my way to avoid the magic company and advise our family and friends to do the same I shiver to think how our kids are treated by your staff when we are not around
