Gail is an exceptional sweetheart to deal with. Very accomodating & definitely loves her tenants. Our furkid is a nervous kitty but seemed very happy & relaxed when we collected her again. The lodges are well constructed & are continuously maintained. The UV roofing makes for a noticeable difference in temperature even on the hottest of summer days. Your furkid is free to socialise with other kitties if they want to. Excellent peace of mind. Will definitely make use of The Scratching Post in future & recommend it to others.
Not the best Nandos but the service wasn't too bad.
Really was a pleasure dealing with Gail, she updated us through out and made sure my baby was well taken care of.
