I paid for a brand new kwikot geyser with installation. When i arrived home they had installed a heatec geyser instead which i have priced and is cheaper than the one I paid for.i also paid installation cost of R1650 I now have a leaking collapsing roof which i never had before which they had drilled through the kitchen ceiling to drain the old geyser which they had left in the ceiling instead of using a hose pipe like a plumber would for R1650? I will be taking this robbery further!
