Order online at own risk, they sent me the wrong product (more than once) ......and choose to ignore you once you reach out to them on their error. They replied to me once on the matter... days & 4 emails later still no reply.

Quality products at great prices, to the 1-star raters, haters gonna hate I think you need a hug jokes aside, these guys go way beyond the call of duty to accommodate the customer. They'll take your number, notify you when the stock comes in, help you set up, teach you on call, wick and re-wick at no charge. It's not normal customer service - as a local guide I can tell you most retail employees do what they HAVE to, that's it. These people love what they do and they enjoy seeing a customer leave satisfied. Rare company culture in our fast-paced lifestyle. Well done Vapeshop and keep up the extraordinary work.

Very good store. I ordered something online, and was e-mailed the next morning(I ordered in a sunday) and was assured my order would be processed and shipped out in 3 days. It has been sent out. Customer service is good, prices aren't bad for imported items. Would highly recommend.

Good service and product knowledge from the young man that works there. Found him to be a little more friendlier than the girls thay i death with the other day. I find that the prices are high and not affordable you can find stuff online or elsewhere much cheaper

Zero discounted on 2 year old stock even though the newer model stock is in and its the same price as the old stock. This is absolutely poor service
