Worst service ever, it's like they are doing you a favor for rendering a service. How do you work with people and be so impatient, I will never recommend them to anyone. I received rude, arrogant, inpatient staff while trying to enquire about their services. Good thing they did that, not going back there.

The nurse who took my blood was careless. He didn't explain anything he was doing, my blood dripped onto the floor and on my pants. He was pushing on my vein on my right arm to get my blood into a test tube. I never agreed to a blood test, it was forced at Mulbarton Hospital. Even though the blood tests were done successfully, my experience was terrible. I cannot recommend because the overall service and my experience was terrible. I can't recommend this group for blood tests.
WORST PLACE ON EARTH I THOUGHT FAMILY AND FRIENDS WERE HAVING PERSONAL ISSUES BUT THEY WERE RIGHT, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR EXTRA FEES FOR NOTHING...TERRIBLE SERVICE ,.....SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH
Terrible service. Very poor inexperienced phlebotomists who hurt patient, did not listen to instructions and were disrespectful. I would never use them by choice EVER!!!
