I brought my daughter to fetch her referal letter which we left there last month. When I greeted the old lady at reception, she didn't respond, she just looked at me. That lady is rude and racist. She assumed that the they want the referal letter at Bara because I'm a black lady. That practice is gonna lose a lot of customers because of that miserable,rude and very unfriendly lady.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I was hoping to come and do the bone density scan and I asked her if they charge a levy for PPE because I went to a center in Parklane were I was charged R60 for the use of their sanitizer and the gown they give (Disgusting and utterly money making scheme). Your receptionist was so rude and got irritated when I ask a genuine question. I guess I will not even bother. I can see I am not even the first to complain about her. Why is she still there?

The customer service is dismal, and terrible from the old lady at reception, she has no communication skills, she's rude, abrupt, and highly dismissive. I am disgusted with the customer service. No respect respect for the customer and no business attiquet at all, as well as we were made to wait in an empty waiting room while they waited for the "medical aid" to respond, never have I been treated like this at any other institution.

The receptionist is the first point of reference and impression of the practice. Spoke to Miss Aneesa who was outrightly dismissive and rude. Complete lack of telephone etiquette. Actually needs 0 stars. I am so glad I didnt go inside. Thank you very much though. The above steered me opposite the road to Garden city radiology. Sterling service from the security at the entrance, to all involved. Avoid X Ray's. Rather go through to the hospital if you prefer quality and good service.

Rude Receptionist and abrupt lacks customer centricity should get Zero or Minus -10. However the owner is very pleasant and helpful. Still haven't received an invoice despite several request. Had to redo the XRAYS at another place because of the poor quality images done at this place XRAYZ Radiology. It's more costly to reperform the XRAYS again as one had to go to a reputable radiologist like Netcare. Best you go to the professionals.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST. Atrocious service. Refuses to print xray copies and when they do print it they print it on poor quality paper and not on xray films. Had to go get xrays redone at another facility because of how poor quality they were. Save your money and get it done properly. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also, extremely rude receptionist. Strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. Id give 0 stars if i could. The other reviewers seem to have had a similar experience.
