I'm really not pleased with how the system in Uitehage really operates. Firstly, yesterday (5 January 2020), the electrical supply was continuously cut off. There was a long surge of load shedding and when the electrical supply was returned, it took only about 30-40 minutes for there to be load shedding again (taking about 2 hours). This happened at least 5 times. When that happens, everybody, including Eskom, knows well that it poses a threat to electrical appliances in homes, yet it continues to happen. It was until 21:00 that the electrical supply was cut off, not to be returned again until now as I'm typing this review (15:45, the next day). Most food-stuff in our fridge are thawing and I'm suspecting that if left so for a few more hours, some might not be eligible to eat. So please fix this problem.

They are the creators of load shedding.... Because of all their corruption and stealling they cant supply enough power for South Africa, for example today they power was out twice in one day, can you believe it, twice. Now we are sitting at home with a dead alarm system with no lights and flat phones. They should really fix their problem and mainly corruption if they want to regain trust. If it's possible for anyone to get electricity not from Eskom do it and you won't look back.
