So sad to experience such bad service time and time again! How do this business still exist with absolutely NO customer service at all ?? I had the same experience twice! I phoned and placed a telephonic order on 27/02/2019 with Jackie. On 04/03/19 I phoned again to enquire about my invoice, Maureen put the phone down while I am talking to her ?? I then spoke to Maria in Durban, She promised to sort it out for me. Later I received my Invoice and was told to make an Immediate payment to have my stock delivered to me on the 6th. This morning ( 6th) Jackie phoned just to inform me that the truck left without my order??? How incompetent can employees at the same company be??
