If there was a zero to give I'd do that. Talk about a horrible disturbing customer service u'd swear the workers own the place. Am now 8 months without an ID ALWAYS turned away or system offline feel like a foreigner in my own country how sad #disgusted#

Was told if i come collect my new born's birth certificate i won't have to que, but kempton-park home affairs, was not even interested. So rude and unprofessional Extremely poor service

This place is horrible no customer service and the system is forever offline. I can say all staff member don't love their job. When the system is off no one is monitoring if is back they just sit and do nothing or go out. I will never go to Kempton park home affair it is so bad bad

That was probably the worst service I've ever been given in my life. The staff are the rudest and most disrespectful bunch of people I've ever encountered in my life. Don't bother going to that place. It's honestly rubbish
