I visited Dr E Marais' rooms and what an amazing establishment. The admin staff is so lovely and warm. Dr A V Aswegen was out of this world. She was kind and made me feel comfortable. She pointed out a few issues that needed to be addressed but assured me that it's nothing that can't be fixed, which put me at ease. The dentist's assistant was just as lovely. I'm very happy with the results so far and I look forward to future appointments with her. If you're looking for a dentist with expertise and a human touch, do give them a chance, you won't regret it.

I got my tooth extracted yesterday and the entire procedure was pain free- 20 hours later and I still haven't felt the slightest bit of pain. The doctor and her assistants are incredibly friendly. She's definitely going to be my family dentist when I have kids a couple of years from now
My favourite dentist, State of the art facilities and friendly staff. The first Dentist I have been to that knows how to work without causing pain.
Ever wondered what happened to those old dentists that were so kind and caring and are not like all the others that want to make a quick buck out of a person then chase you out of thier rooms? Well look no further and set your mind at rest. I am so impressed with the gentle kindness and also at the same time, professionalism of this practice. The staff are all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble and they are extemely informative about all of the options you have with any procedure. This Dentist is one of a kind and i am definately going back for all my dental regards to be addressed. Do yourself a favour and stop searching for that reliable dentist that wont milk your medical aid and come to Dr. E. marais practice. 26/02/2021: To add to my story. A top notch dentist who is friendly and has friendly staff and can extract a tooth without any pain at all. People stop searching google for a pain free dentist and come to Doctor Marais office. Still waiting for quotes as promised on day of our consultations in September. Followed up with email - no response. Very poor service...
I read the reviews here before visiting the dentist and trust me everything being said here is very true. I had the most amazing experience at Dr Marais and I’m definitely going back.
