I booked a flight in Nov 20 cost R4487.00, due to regulation and covid. Kulula advice to me was to put my booking on hold. Today I called to re-book my flight. They want me to now pay an extra R1930. That makes a total of R6399.92 for the booking. There on line booking for the same flights cost R2425.92. Thief's if I have ever seen it. How does this even happen.

Flights are sometimes delayed. Leg room is tight if you are relatively tall. Snacks on board, require credit cards, no cash taken. Staff are sometimes unfriendly.
Fix your website guys!!!... It just hangs and takes forever. I gave up eventually on your site and booked with FlySafair
Negligence!!!! Your contact number is not working but keep referring to contact it. HOW SHOULD I CONTACT YOU? You do not reply on the emails I have been asking for your assistance about an accomodation I did via your website. Please view the screenshot below and contact me on my email. [email protected] ASAP. If you not doing the bookings, then deactive your services and reverse the transcation you made when I was doing the booking.
Sat 15-Dec 2018, Flight MN615 to DBN was meant to depart 13:35. Passengers then told the flight is late inbound. Later told flight is technical. New departure 18:05. Extremely poor PR and NO customer service. Even the departure status could not be updated...new departure time 18:40!
I will never use this airline again to book for corporate travel. Horrible experience.
Absolutely the worst service! We tried to make a simple booking and all we wanted to do is pay! Call center says, sorry we have no way to facilitate the transaction! If you cant even handle a simple query like that, it is scary to think that people trust you with their lives!
First time flying Kulula. Probably also my last. Flight delayed by more than 2 hours. Today, four months ago I wrote the top review. Can't believe I made this mistake again. Same story! How about you stop saying "sorry" and start taking responsibility for these delays. Give people a portion of their money back or something. But it is unfair that we are expected to pay for service that is not being delivered!
