We had a couples package and it was so disappointing. We had no idea what to expect, but the reality was that it was rush rush rush. We didn't have time to enjoy anything. For over R2500 we really don't feel that we had value for money.
Not even worth my time to write a long review. Terrible spa, I do not recommend it. Not relaxing or comfortable at all. The facial was a horrible experience. They say that they don't use professional tools as it may bruise the face, but instead the squash your nose and torture you in extraction process. Just because we did not pay for a facial that we did not even do! Besides rub some useless cream on and get our noses nearly broken, does not mean that I have no right to rate you as I feel you deserve. Terrible spa, the staff are not organized, constantly in and out the room, not gentle, they don't stop insulting your skin for 2 seconds just so that they can sell you products, it was not relaxing at all. I couldn't relax with their 1000 questions. This spa should really improve on a lot of things, try taking notes from Mowana or basically any other spa! Pathetic. Do not tell me that we never paid so it is okay! I am not rating you for any free treatments as i would never step foot in that smelly spa again! We left before any actual treatment even begun! You wasted our entire day, ruined our moods and everything. Unprofessional!!!!
I love going to a spa and Octavia is on the top of my list of brilliant Spa's. Can recommend it to anybody, no matter how high their standards.
Book a treatment and enjoy the fabulous additional services like the Roman Baths. We had the four seasons massage and can highly recommend it. You get a lovely gift to take home with you. Super relaxing. Excellent therapists that have a passion for their craft.
My experience here was so amazing the staff is friendly and very professional. It was my first visit but I felt like a valued member. Aaah Kyla was very friendly for every treatment she explained the benefits, the massage amazing. The experience was magical i love it

I was not very happy with the inconsistency of the the same treatment given. I went with a few friends and they all seemed to be happy with their treatments I was placed in a room where staff could come and go. I was expecting a more profesional service. I did not get the same extras as my friends did. I would definitely not go there again.
