I like this lounge a lot. It’s big. Never too crowded. Great food selection that changes according to the time of the day. Plenty of comfortable seating, spotless toilets. I am sure they have showers too.

This review is the premier lounge and not the platinum one. Lounge is okay. Its pretty spacious but can get busy at times. I've used this lounge as a business class passenger and its not really world class. They have lots of drinks and food for free which is a great bonus. Staff are really friendly too. There are good views to the airplanes on the tarmac. Bathroom is rather small and had to wait on occasions to use it. The place is really clean and enjoyable. Would be a bonus if they served halal food.

Premiere lounge is ok, weirdly designed. Can get full and small food selection. Toilets could use an upgrade. The Slow lounge is a much better option in my opinion.

Pretty lounge of the flag ship carrier. Huge space any was empty, maybe because of the time of the day, it because of the ongoing strike in South African Airlines. I'm traveling by Ethiopian airways and I got access to this lounge because of their agreement. No Swoeto here though :( Also breakfast options are very limited But the ambiance of the lounge is top notch

The lounge is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The Team leader who was on duty this afternoon Ms Portia even personally attended to spraying a sanitizer onto the bar counter and cleaned it herself! Keep it up Portia and team as cleaniless is next to Godliness and what you did makes us travellers feel appreciated and clinically safe.

SAA take note I've raised your review rating from 3 stars to 4 stars only because you have outstanding floor staff namely Frank behind the bar and the current reception man today. They understand what interpersonal customer service is with a smile. As for the rest of your staff from internal flights to check in counter it seems you need to do implement a strong training ground.
