As a child this was a great place to come! It still is, as there is grass and a jungle gym for the kids. On my most recent visit, however, there was no water in the tidal pool. It may be due to maintenance or something. Unfortunately there was nobody to ask. Hopefully it will be full of water again soon.
I love how the tidal pool wasn't overcrowded. The view is veautiful and there is grass for kids to play as well as sand. The tidal pool could use a bit of cleanup regarding bamboo, however it is a nice spot for both adults and kids.
Visited the Tidal pool on our recent visit, however found the tidal pool empty. Hope it was only part of a maintenance program and maybe they are clearing out the sea bamboo etc inside the tidal pool. There is a big grass area for the kids to play including a jungle gym and also public toilets.
