BRAWL OF THE BOXES. WOW! The Brawl of The Boxes,.... What an event! My second CrossFit event I have been to and it was just absolutely mind blowing to see how athletes from all over South Africa came together to participate in the event and also how strong and close the CrossFit community is! The event was also super FUN and had some minor teething issues but will be addressed in time and I can’t wait for the next one. The Barzani 7’s tournament is also an amazing event with everything from Rugby to Netball and now even CrossFit the extreme sport and competitive atmosphere will send shivers down your spine and straight to the live entertainment and beer tents to blow off some steam and have a relaxing time as well.
