I signed a quote from Neville(The owner) for a small renovation project in Orange Grove. I paid the deposit and everything went well for two days after which only 2 workers were working at the property for two weeks. He then stopped working for two weeks and then requested more money as a other client on a different project has not paid him and does not have enough money to continue. He then said in order to continue he would need the rest and that he could finish in two weeks if I paid. The deposit was a 50% deposit and the work done was 20%. After this everything went even further downhill. He sent 2 guys for a week just to attempt to touch every quoted item to tick it off as being done. Slabs where cast in phases(Cracked) walls where painted with no edge cutting. Tiles where tiled with 50% containing chips and skew. The design for the patio was not followed and whatever was cheapest was done.

Werk dan nogsteeds traag, al het hy sy geld vooruit gekry. Hy het weg geloop en werk nooit klaar gemaak nie. Hy het ons ingeloop met 'n groot bedrag geld.
