Thank you very much Game Klerksdorp for your great service! We looked for a new device (as we had problems with device repairs at Game Potchefstroom). We were not even looking for 5 minutes when Mr Eugene N. Motidi came to assist us. He helped us well with device information and advice and we decided to purchase the device there. Mr Motidi was even as kind as to make a photo copy of the receipt for us because the receipts often fade... The cashier, Ms Hilda, helped us with a smile and politeness! This service made our long drive worth it! Once again, thank you very much, Game Klerksdorp.

Terrible service. Staff stands around having chats with each other. Stood looking at TV for 20 minutes while the guy is on his phone. Laptops and projectors same issue 2 staff members having such a nice chat they Don't pay any attention to customers looking at items. So if u want help u have to go look for someone.

Great variety of goods, just dont expect staff coming to assist you on the floor, and if you do get hold of someone to assist, he will go look for someone.

They must learn to put the price tags at the right place as it is not the customer job to look at barcode if the prise tag is under that product you want to buy that is the price of that product. Whent to buy blinds and the price was R429 under the blind and at the till it was R629. Then the Manager said it was my responsibility to look at the barcode from when sorry by Game Klerksdorp will never see me again.

Very poor service, I I went in to buy a freezer and top loader washing machine. The Lady in the appliance section was helping me, we had decided on what to buy then a manager came past and told her to help another customer. I was left waiting so I left and spent R 10 000 at HiFi Corporation
