Pity that there is no option for a ZERO star. Communication is a problem with this company. Their printing may be up to standard but when it comes to client service, there is a lot missing. I've sent a colleague to collect prints that they had to print and they shouted at him. they shouted at him because they did not do their job?? please learn to communicate with your clients. The one time i waited a week for Denise to phone me back... I phoned every morning and then she just says, i will phone you back now...
