A small library, but a good variety of nonfiction books. Would rather recommend Hillcrest Library which is a bit bigger.

Excellent local library. A great selection of books, and becoming a "friend of the library," for R30 a year will get you access to a special friends selection of the very best books as well as that extended 28 day take out period.

A nice library. Big selection but the operating hours are, like most libraries in KZN, awful. My kids loved coming here and it's a lot of fun to browse around. good DVD and movie selection too - and far cheaper than a DVD store for rental.

POOR POOR behaviour and service from the Kloof Library! First time going there, and that will be my last, rudely spoken to, was told over the phone when i called ahead that the kids can come open a membership and take books out immediately, went there and filled out ALL the paperwork, kids had a look around and were desperate to choose books, only to be told we can only take books out in a day or 2 once i receive an email to say i can!!! Not what i was told over the phone, will DEFINITELY NOT support the kloof library again after this poor show and disappointing service from them. Kids bitterly upset as well! Doesnt even deserve the 1 star, cant write a review without ticking at least 1 star though!
