The only problem with Moqhaka municipality when it comes to payments of rentals is only Kroonstad and Maokeng residents who pay... both.Viljoenskroon's township Ramulutsi and Steynsrus'Matlwangtlang residents dont pay for their services now we are scapegoats according to unfair judgement by Moqhaka Municipal officials.The reason being the latter buy electricity direct from Eskom so municipal cannot block their electricity to coerce them to pay for their services.So their financial burden (Moqhaka Municipal)is squarely put on our shoulders only.Really something has to be done to resolve this problem.
