This is the worst most pathetic service I have ever experienced. The inform you that you order is ready. You respond with a collection day (no responses). On the day of collection they tell you that your order was given to another customer cause you must collect within 24 hours. Really!!!! Then why did I respond with a day!!!! Thank you Precious for no service & customer skills what so ever.
