I made an appointment for a service with Willem for today at 8am. I dropped the bike off and was told it should take an hour. I said take two hours. I returned at 10:45am and my bike service hadn't even started!!! Terrible service!!! I don't recommend anyone take their bike there for a service or anything else for that matter. SHOCKING!!! Why even bother making an appointment in the first place?

Useless service. Only interested in selling you new stuff they can't service not even a year later. Refused to uphold their "warranty" on a repair that constantly got more expensive, then the same fault came up again. 0 accountability.
