Requested some fridge seals more than a week ago, was told to whatsapp them and give pics of them, I did so just to have my messages read and ignored, I then again followed up to have my messages blueticked yet again. Yesterday I messaged them again to ask them if they had any feedback yet to get ignored yet again. If they don't want business be kind enough to let me the client know instead of ignoring flat out. This is not how you conduct business, where the clients need to lick your behinds to try and get some feedback. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never mind the poor service. They actually steel as well. Give a handwritten receipt. Never get back to you on the equipment, then ignore you when you ask for the deposit back. This has been going on now for a hole year.
Takes a pensioner's money, but leaves her for over a week without a fridge! End it's the Easter Weekend! The pensioner was promised multiple times that someone would contact her! No phone call was received! No compassion or regard for their customers!
DO NOT use this company, unless you are willing to wait WEEKS for your appliances. It is nearly impossible to get hold of these people to get an update. It would be easier to google it and fix the appliance yourself. The service is disgusting.

The worst service that I have ever received from a "Company", it takes a week to receive a quote, payment has been made and three weeks later I am still waiting, They NEVER call to update you on their progress and when you call them you don't get a direct answer!
