Rated Game two stars because when I'm looking for a specific product and require staff assistance then I always have to go looking aisle to aisle for any available staff to assist me. Sometimes they having their own private conversations with one another.

Went to buy a TV at Game in Zevenwacht Mall today. Seems like everybody was on strike. They were standing around having private conversations. It was like recess on the playground. Everybody huddled in groups laughing, chatting like there was no customers in the store. Didn't pay any attention to us. The permanent staff says it's the casual staff but literally each department I walked pass was standing around at chatting. Even the security at the door just took the slip carried on chatting with her other security friends. I have never experienced customer poor service from Game Stores staff in my life. What the hell was going on there today?

My experience at Game Zevenwacht was very satisfactory. The staff is friendly and punctual. The shop is clean and in order. The most impressive thing is, the staff are eager to help as much as possible. That's very good for a business. I don't know the man's name, but I bought a printer, and he packaged the entire sale together for me, and I had it very easy. Thank you very much.
