Communication is the lacking skill in most of the employees in this department. One social worker promised to phone me about my childs case but when I phoned her 2 times in a week time she said I'm giving her too much pressure. I was only asking for update since she wasn't keeping me updated
Worst day! It's so dirty. I went early in the morning. Before they open and was sent home at 4pm without being dealt with. Now going back again on Monday. They make you bring your children with to sit in the heat the entire day. They took a TWO HOUR LUNCH BREAK!!! Am completely disgusted with the services we (didnt) receive!!
Buildings lack atmosphere always feel down when I have to visit particular department, it's so plain and uninspiring and as for the staff they need a lesson in being polite and respectfull it is as though I'm doing you a favour forgetting they are paid servants of the very public they are serving. Social Workers from there know their job, they treat you well and have helped a lot of people in our community of KwaDukuza
