They have given me a bond in December 2020, its four months now down the line my property still not registered. Attorneys keep telling me they are still waiting for SAHL Head Office for them to continue with registration. I made many follow ups with their consultant by the name Claud, who ended up not responding to my emails. Terrible service ever, I actually regret signing up with them. They are very unprofessional.

They have many strengths. They efficient, they communicate effectively, they offer you a chance to own your own home, only criticism i have for them is they are too rigid and cant negotiate to get and keep their clients
Helpdesk staff could do with some training on telephone etiquette.
Aside from taking their time to get back to you when processing a quote, their rates and not even close to being competitive compared to any of the other banks. What a waste of our time.
