Very poor health service by consultants in that institution. The Department has to take a serious look into this. If it is because the service is free rather let it be paid for so that it become effective. Its like health workers do not want to do their work. In a short quee of probably 10 people you wait 7 hours for help. It is not correct that one hour service one patient unbelievable.
