Service received (or lack there of) from this store in Trade Route Mall was pathetic. I was the only customer in the store, yet staff preferred to continue their chat instead of offering assistance. I'm going to assume that my business was not needed.

If I could I would not give stars at all. Always terrible service. Workers are very rude and they never have what you need. Forever out of stock. Went to baby boom lenasia to exchange nappies for a bigger size which i had bought that month and had my till slip. They could not exchange it for me as they were out of stock!!!! Frustrated I asked for my money back and was told they don't do refunds. Reluctantly they agreed to give me a gift card! How does that help me???? I need nappies and not a gift card!!! This is not even my first Bad experience there! Never again will I waste my time going there!!!

Worst service ever! and no Business etiquette My sister lay-bye's a pram and car seat for my baby's arrival on collecting the pram after FULL payment. she was told the pram was sold and she could take another one to use in the meantime but when the proper pram comes in she must return the one they had given her to use in the interim. After 20 minutes the police were sent to my sisters house under charges of theft EVEN AFTER SHE PAID IN FULL for a item which BABY BOOM COULDN'T GIVE HER because of their lack of planning and administration. HOW DO YOU SEND THE POLICE TO SOMEONE'S HOME WHEN YOU GAVE THEM A RECEIPT AND THEY PAID IN FULL!!!!! AFTER YOU MESSED UP
