I brought my 3yr old girl in to play... Entertainment for kids- excellent... We waited 30 minutes before we could be served, ordered drinks and something to eat... our 1 hour was up and still no meals received... attitude of manageress, very disappointing... service needs to improve...

The most unprofessional team ever. Trying to book a party for 4 days with little response . The concept is great but the service is pathetic. Please owners do something about this !! I personally will never use you guys again, as this experience has been rather disappointing . For the amount you charge you should have better communication, and customer satisfaction .
What a marvelous place for the little ones. Food, toys, care and security all on point.
Slow service, it's like they doing u a favour and u not a paying customer, not very clean
