Some of the slowest customer service that I have experienced in my life. They do need a sincere management improvement / change in order to correct this sloppy service. Their products are of excellent quality but their lack od service cause us to move to other suppliers

How are there still 7 day turnaround times on unbranded orders? Caused by a premises move that happened in 2019? I think ordering from China is faster, literally. The value of the sports cars parked in director parking spaces does not equate to the value of the service rendered to all clients. Happy to improve my rating if things improve, but, sho.
Kevro ticks ALL the boxes for bad service delivery. Rude. Not returning calls. Longest lead time in the industry. No customer service. Zero satisfaction rate. Please REMOVE the words "Industry Leaders" from your website!
Worst company in the promotional industry. Impossible to deal with on all levels. Can’t believe they are still in business. They don’t care about their customers and know nothing about customer service. These are there customer toilets in their new building, not even a door handle. Tells the story about their brand.
Very rude and incompetent accounts lady at Pta branch, takes forever to complete a order, more than 2 weeks, 14 days, unreliable stock on system, items most of the time "out of stock" impersonal service, remember you are just a number, not a loyal client. Only client who buys large quantities are impotent, if you are a small business, you are not importation, even if you are more than 10 years a client of Kevro
It is soooooo frustrating dealing with Kevro. Why can't they go back to how it was?????
Service is good, although the accounting staff creates an uncomfortable vibe in the way they approach their customers. I have never seen them smile during any of my visits.
