Jaun is absolutely fantastic. Our alternator stopped working - 20km outside of Lydenburg but we managed to make it into the town and called Jaun late Friday evening. He came out to our location to assist, eventually taking us to his workshop and spent hours trying to get us back on the road but the alternator was just too badly damaged despite trying to swop out with working parts he had on hand. Saturday morning, bright and early, he returned to assist us, phoning all over the surrounding area for a replacement part and driving me to all the retailers that could not be reached on the phone. Unfortunately we were left with no alternative but to to travel to Nelspruit (Mbombela) where he had managed to source a new replacement (a Bosch) at a very reasonable price compared to the dealer's price. He then drove me all the way back and then replaced the faulty unit in a short time so that we could still complete our intended journey and enjoy a really awesome weekend away from the city. His prices are very good and his customer service is superb. Haven't had this kind of service from a service centre in years. Even his family, from who he was away for most of the weekend), were supportive of his dedication. This young man is an 'old school' service provider. He still understands client service and professionalism. I'd recommend him to any one in the blink of an eye. Jaun, thank you once again for all your time and assistance. The car driving flawlessly.
