Enquired on an X3 M40d, service was shocking from the start. I had to follow up continously, plenty of red tape and squabble about a trade in value attached to conditions with which bank we have to go with, then rushed to sign an OTP or we lose the car. Ended up canceling due to bad experience and won't recommend these guys. Go with another dealer, found another vehicle, no hassle finance, trade in settled with no issues and no bank conditions and superior service. Do not support Shelly Beach BMW, you can do way better.
