We visited Margate for the weekend and had a fuel pipe break on our way... The staff at JL Panelbeaters were so helpful, they squeezed us in to help us otherwise we would have never gotten home! Quality service!

Worst experience ever, my vehicle was towed to tow driver Mario's residence, outside the yard. I called my insurance King Price of which I was told the Manager of J.L Panelbeaters confirmed the car to be with them while I had pictures of where the car really was, when I mentioned this than only was the car taken to J.L Panelbeaters storage. The vehicle spent three months there only to come back with two shades of paint as they only paint affected area and a whole lot of mysterious scratches some bluffed with maroon/darker paint and sand paper. I complained and did not want to take the vehicle but since it was drivable, Jarryd from King Price insisted I take it, he will investigate and get back to me. He told me to return the car, but J.L Panelbeaters said they do not have a curtesy car for me and I must go Management will discuss and get back to me. It has been days and I must say the silence is too loud. I do not recommend them and personally will never use them again. Poor quality service because same day I collected the vehicle I discovered that the bright headlight was not working, hooter twitching too low the works. J.L Panelbeaters did me dirty!!!!!!!

Extremely good work!!! But when it comes to feed back and follow-ups they will let you know they will call you on Monday and by Friday you will give up and phone them. They can get a better administration system to get people the information they need.
