Was very disappointed with covid 19 protocols. Sasso payout- no control over distancing between people. Same at tills. Staff working with masks pulled off face. No sanitation at check out points- either on hands, surface, or card machine. Outbreak waiting to happen. Won't see me again

This recently revamped supermarket, part of the Pick & Pay chain, is a pleasure to shop in since the introduction of broader and brighter aisles, well stocked with a wide and comprehensive selection of fresh and conserved food, grocery products and household requirements. Choice of textiles and clothing is limited. Unfortunately with the new layout, it is often quite confusing trying to locate where the various products are now to be found!? The fresh bakery, deli, fresh meat & fish counters, as well as fresh fruit & veg departments are well stocked with wide selections which are constantly being replenished. An in-store wine shop also offers a wide variety and good choice of wines at very reasonable prices. An additional liquor store offering alcoholic spirits and malt drinks belonging to Pick 'n Pay is also situated separately in the Mall complex, in compliance with local liquor licensing laws. Home necessities, outdoor and pool requirements are also available. The newly installed cashier/till arrangements makes check-out somewhat more efficient and quicker than previously. Floor and Cashier Staff is generally friendly and helpful, although we have occasionally had some hiccups! However, the upper management are efficient, friendly and very helpful - our special thanks to Craig, the Manager, for his personal interest. This store is situated within the Shelly Centre Mall complex, which provides well serviced restrooms, also providing facilities for handicapped/wheelchair customers. Plenty of parking in an organized lot, as well as a large covered parking Garage and roof parking providing dedicated parking spaces for the handicapped/wheelchair customers. Parking car guards are on duty and appreciate a nominal tip. A good "one-stop" store!

Hopeless switchboard operator who puts you on hold for 6minutes and comeback to vhr k if the caller is dyl there or not. Also, the bakery department, not sure if they even have a phone. A simple enquiry turned out to be a good 6 minutes hold..I'd say poor customer service overall..
